Refund & Cancellation Policy


Full and final payment will HAVE to be made 45 to 100 days before arrival date based on season of travel and the actual time limit will be informed to the guest at the time of booking services. NO exceptions will be made to this. The Cancellation and Refund Policy is as follows:


  • Payment to be made 40-100 days before arrival depending on season.


  • If cancelled before 40-100 days there will be no cancellation charges.


  • However, if air-tickets have been issued – airline cancellation will apply.


  • If cancelled after 40/100 days of arrival – full hotel component will be charged. Transport/Guide/Entrance etc. will be refunded.


  • If cancelled 15 days before arrival – there will be no refund.
